I wear many different hats because I have three (or one could argue more than three) different career paths. Right now I'm in the middle of a conference that has me leaving rather sleep-deprived and cranky. I have to perform tonight and convince people that my work is worth bringing to their venue. I've been relying on moisturizing my face (and body at night!), tinted moisturizer, powder to set the tinted moisturizer, blush that makes my cheeks glow, curling my lashes, mascara, and a lip stain.
